Soper of Lincoln BMW is open 7 days a week all year round, resulting in a consistent energy consumption that made the business the perfect candidate to benefit from a bespoke solar PV installation.After visiting the site and making a detailed assessment of Soper’s unique energy profile, we developed and installed a 249.37kWp rooftop PV system, with a further 30kWp installed on the neighbouring Soper Select Mini showroom, and all complete with 874 x 285w Hanwa Qcells Modules & Solaredge inverters.This systems provides Soper of Lincoln BMW with 213,820 kWh per annum of clean on-site generated electricity, and helps it to save 65,428kg of CO₂ emissions annually, cementing its green credentials in the eyes of its increasingly climate-conscious customers.What’s more, the new systems also means that Soper of Lincoln BMW now benefit from a levelled cost of electricity of £0.03/kWh.

Heritage Envelopes is one of the UK’s largest envelope manufacturers and distributors, supplying customers nationwide. To reduce energy costs and increase energy independence, the company partnered with Activ8 Solar Energies to install a bespoke solar PV system.

The solar panel design Low Carbon Energy used is sleek and modern. The single row landscape orientated modules blend seamlessly in into the landscape and will produce around 80,000 kWh per year of electricity. The roof mounted solar panel system will also save over 50 tonnes of C02 emissions each year.The system utilises state of the art transformerless string inverters with integrated monitoring software to monitor the performance of the individual elements of the system.

After close consultation with the team at Velocity Composites, Low Carbon Energy installed a 70kW Solar PV system on the company’s facility. The system installed will generate around 56,000 kWh of solar generated electricity a year for Velocity Composites and will save approximately 34 tonnes of carbon a year – helping the company to make significant reductions on their carbon footprint.

After an initial site visit and a detailed assessment of Haven Power’s unique energy profile, we designed and installed a bespoke 78kWp solar PV installation, complete with 273 x 285w Hanwha Qcells Modules.This allows Haven Power to benefit from 76,500 kWh per annum of clean on-site generated electricity, helping it to make significant savings on its bills, along with a levelled cost of electricity of £0.03/kWh. Long Clawson Dairy is a renowned British cheese producer with a long-standing commitment to quality, tradition and sustainability. Activ8 Solar Energies partnered with the company to install a bespoke solar PV system, helping reduce its carbon footprint and energy costs.
