Soper of Lincoln BMW is open 7 days a week all year round, resulting in a consistent energy consumption that made the business the perfect candidate to benefit from a bespoke solar PV installation.After visiting the site and making a detailed assessment of Soper’s unique energy profile, we developed and installed a 249.37kWp rooftop PV system, with a further 30kWp installed on the neighbouring Soper Select Mini showroom, and all complete with 874 x 285w Hanwa Qcells Modules & Solaredge inverters.This systems provides Soper of Lincoln BMW with 213,820 kWh per annum of clean on-site generated electricity, and helps it to save 65,428kg of CO₂ emissions annually, cementing its green credentials in the eyes of its increasingly climate-conscious customers.What’s more, the new systems also means that Soper of Lincoln BMW now benefit from a levelled cost of electricity of £0.03/kWh.
